Troy is a town in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 3,661 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Glover is located in the town. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 39.8 square miles, of which, 37.7 square miles of it is land and 2.0 square miles of it is water.
