A line of severe thunderstorms spawned two tornado warnings and several areas of flash flooding Wednesday evening.

More than 3,400 people in Delaware and Franklin counties were without power at one point, but AEP has restored electricity to all but 46 customers.

On Wednesday at 10:23 p.m. an updated flood warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until Thursday at 6:13 a.m. for Delaware County.
