While much of the post-game conversation centered on Shedeur Sanders’ sideline frustration, another Browns rookie quarterback quietly made a statement that could dramatically impact Cleveland’s depth chart.

The Browns had five active quarterbacks competing for roster spots this preseason. The only one to ever make a Pro Bowl is now gone. Cleveland announced on Sunday they are releasing Tyler Huntley, who was added in early August because of injuries in the QB room.

The Cleveland Browns are expected to keep their four best quarterbacks through the NFL's final roster deadline, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
