Cincinnati police are offering support services to victims of the Riverfront Live mass shooting, including emotional aid and compensation.

After nine people were shot inside of one of Cincinnati’s music venues, the owner says he is unsure how someone made it past security with a weapon.

Witness Anton Canady said he was inside the venue when gunshots rang out, sending hundreds of people rushing for the exits.

Nine people were shot early Sunday morning at an event at an East End music venue, Cincinnati police said. All victims have non-life-threatening injuries, CPD said.

The ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information related to those responsible for the shooting that injured nine people.

Gunfire erupted at a Cincinnati music venue, Riverfront Live, during a DJ's birthday party, leaving nine people wounded. The event was hosted by Louisville-based Jermaine Tandy, also known as DJ Fresh, who expressed sadness over the incident.
