Devastating floods across central Texas have killed at least 51 people after a storm pounded the region. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott issued a proclamation declaring Sunday as a day of prayer across the state in response to the flooding.

Two sisters from Dallas — 13-year-old Blair Harber and 11-year-old Brooke Harber — were among the dozens of lives lost in the catastrophic floods that swept through Central Texas early Friday.

Family members tell FOX 4 Lila Bonner and Eloise Peck were attending Camp Mystic when devastating flooding hit Hunt, Texas on Friday morning. Lila and Eloise are two of at least 43 people who were killed in the deadly flooding.
