Drew McIntyre admits he’s disappointed that he never got to wrestle John Cena in a singles match in WWE. Despite sharing the WWE locker room for years and years, that match simply never materialized.

Drew McIntyre and John Cena will be two of the six participants inside the Elimination Chamber at WWE Elimination Chamber on Saturday. Ahead of the event, McIntyre cut a social media promo on Cena, pointing out that Cena gave leeway to everyone to cut promos on him leading up to the event and no one has taken that opportunity.

Drew McIntyre won the Men's Elimination Chamber match last year and went on to capture the World Heavyweight Championship from Seth Rollins at WWE WrestleMania XL. However, Damian Priest soon cashed in his Money in the Bank contract, ending McIntyre's reign in under six minutes.

John Cena will compete in his final Elimination Chamber match at the show, facing off against big names like CM Punk, Logan Paul, Damian Priest, Seth Rollins, and Drew McIntyre. On the latest edition of the Something To Wrestle podcast, Cena's old foe, JBL, predicted that Cena will walk out of Toronto with the victory.
