If you thought the presidential candidates had plenty of time to convince voters, think again. The swing state of North Carolina is set to start mailing out absentee ballots on Friday, September 4.
On Monday, Jan. 12, North Carolina’s 100 county boards of elections will begin sending absentee-by-mail ballots to registered voters who requested a ballot for the 2026 primary election.
