A Pasadena Police Department officer shot and wounded a fellow officer during what the agency's chief described as "horseplay involving loaded firearms."

Video footage released Thursday shows the moment a Pasadena Police officer shot another officer in what the police chief described as a “horseplay” incident.

The round smashed through the cruiser's windshield and hit one of the officers in his left shoulder, the chief said.
