A federal magistrate judge in Wisconsin has recommended that the case against a Milwaukee judge accused of helping an undocumented man evade arrest by immigration authorities not be dismissed.

A U.S. magistrate judge recommended that Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan's bid to dismiss the federal charges against her be denied.

Vaughn made the Opening Day roster with the White Sox in 2021 and hit .235 with 15 home runs and 48 RBI. He hit 57 home runs over the next three seasons, including 21 in 2023, when he also drove in 80 runs. He struggled in the early part of 2025 and was sent to the minors before the White Sox traded him to the Brewers.
