Holyoke Police recovered over 12 capsules of crack-cocaine and seven bags of heroin and fentanyl and recovered a stolen vehicle were recovered after a traffic stop on Elm Street.

A large quantity of narcotics were seized from an allegedly stolen car in West Hartford on Monday, and a Hartford man was arrested, according to police. Benny Goodman, 30, was arrested in the area of New Park Avenue and Flatbush Avenue.
