Dallas Wings rookie point guard Paige Bueckers is putting the league on notice. The Athletic insider Sabreena Merchant named Bueckers the league's "Rookie of the Week" after her 44-point performance against the Los Angeles Sparks.

Despite having the worst record in all of the WNBA, the Dallas Wings are still getting plenty of attention. Their 9-29 record means they will not be heading to the postseason, but it does give their star Paige Bueckers a much-needed break.

Paige Bueckers scored 11 points Friday night, but the Dallas Wings dropped their fourth straight game in a 95-60 blowout loss to the Skylar Diggins and the Seattle Storm at home.
