The Chicago Bears have made an announcement on Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich's candidacy for their head coach job.

The Bears continue to sort through a high number of candidates for head coach. But Chicago could be pursuing a Packers assistant now.

The Bears announced they have completed a head coach interview with Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich.

The Chicago Bears interviewed Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores and Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich for their head coach job.

Adam Stenavich and Brian Flores both have challenges to overcome and convincing to do if they hope to secure a finalist spot for Bears head coach.

Flores’ Vikings finished fifth in the NFL in scoring defense and tied for the league lead in turnovers. They were tied for fourth in the league in sacks on the backs of Flores’ blitzing scheme. Bears quarterback Caleb Williams called him the “King of the Cover 0 blitz” earlier this season.

The Seahawks interviewed Adam Stenavich, the Packers offensive coordinator, for their open offensive coordinator and playcaller position.

The Seahawks added another name to their search for a new offensive coordinator, reportedly interviewing current Packers OC Adam Stenavich.
