On Monday night, ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter named two former Cowboys players who could be in the hunt for the job in Big D. They fit a route owner Jerry Jones has gone before with former head coach Jason Garrett.

The Dallas Cowboys made two major moves this week that sent shockwaves through the NFL. The first one was parting ways with head coach Mike McCarthy. The second was speaking with Colorado's Deion Sanders about the vacant position.

Interestingly enough, Moore would not be the first Latter-day Saint head coach for the Cowboys. Dave Campo coached in Dallas from 2000-02, after converting to the faith during his stint at Weber State in the 1980s.
