The 2024 NFL season was the year of the running back and nobody played better than Saquon Barkley of the Philadelphia Eagles. His 2,000-yard campaign helped the Eagles capture the Super Bowl, but Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson outperformed Barkley in one area.

Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs were the top running back prospects in the 2023 NFL draft. Both players were fresh off impressive college football careers, and they were viewed as can't-miss prospects.
