GRANDIN, N.D. — A Cass County farmer has announced his campaign for the North Dakota Legislature. Ross Lockhart, a Democrat from Grandin, said Wednesday, Jan. 7, that he will seek to represent District 45 in the North Dakota House. The district covers northeast Cass County, including parts of north Fargo and West Fargo.
