There's a dam emergency due to lake levels in Arkabutla, Mississippi, rising and expected to surpass 220 feet within the next two weeks as spring flood season begins.

Officials are grappling with the aftermath of the atmospheric river which caused mudslides and floods, especially in areas impacted by wildfires.
