Amari Cooper is back in the silver and black but this time at a discount price. After spending almost his first four season with the Raiders (2015-2018) the wideout has returned to the team on a one-year deal. NFL.com's Ian Rapoport first reported the news and later that evening was the first to report the financial details of the contract.
