Virginia Giuffre, one of Jeffrey Epstein’s most well-known accusers, will have her memoir published posthumously this fall.

Alfred A. Knopf is set to publish Giuffre's memoir, titled Nobody's Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, on Oct. 21.
