Sharpe has denied the allegations in the lawsuit and plans to launch a countersuit targeting the plaintiff and her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, who has attempted to sue other public figures such as Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Shannon Sharpe threatened to choke his rape accuser in public in a new audio clip released by the Jane Doe’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, to TMZ on Wednesday. During the clip, Sharpe says he’s going to Los Angeles.

Sharpe was accused of sexual assault and battery, in addition to engaging in the intentional infliction of emotional distress, in a lawsuit filed in Clark County, Nevada, on Sunday.
