PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio — Authorities responded to what was described as a “hostage situation” outside the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) post in Ashville, Pickaway County, on Saturday afternoon. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the post along Route 23.
