Rutland will be celebrating Black History Month in an artistic way. High school students from southern and central Vermont have submitted their creations to be auctioned off at the Chaffee Art Center on South Main St.

The "Dear Love, PVD" installation depicts civil rights leaders and RI’s Black culture. But local artists ask why they weren't invited to participate.

Union Station is displaying two public art exhibitions; one group exhibit and one solo project, as part of Black History Month. The works of seven Black artists in total are being highlighted and celebrated.
