YouTube TV and Disney have resolved their licensing dispute, restoring Disney channels back on the platform as part of a multi-year deal.

Walt Disney Co. and YouTube TV reached an agreement to restore channels such as ABC and ESPN to the online video service.

Dish Network slashed the price of its 24-hour Sling TV Day Pass through the end of the month, coming after a federal judge ruled in the pay-TV provider's favor in a lawsuit filed by Disney seeking to block the short-term streaming plans.
