Pakistan dropped captain Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam for the T20 series against New Zealand and rewarded several domestic performers for the five-match series starting on March 16.

Salman Ali Agha has been named as the replacement for Rizwan as Pakistan captain of the T20 outfit with all-rounder Shadab Khan also earning a recall into the team and being named Pakistan vice-captain.

After going through all the tangled scheduling, New Zealand returns to its recent favorite venue in Pakistan when it takes on South Africa in the second semifinal of the Champions Trophy in Lahore on Wednesday.
