On Thursday, a grand jury indicted Teresa Youngblut on two counts of using a deadly weapon and discharging that weapon while resisting a federal agent.

The weapons in the possession of the defendant and a dead co-conspirator were allegedly purchased by the daughter of a Media couple shot to death two years ago in their home.

Teresa Youngblut, 21, was indicted on two counts in connection to the death of Border Patrol Agent David Maland, 44, who was killed in a shootout on Interstate 91 in Coventry, Vt., near the Canadian border.

The woman charged in connection to the killing of a United States Border Patrol Agent in northern Vermont has now been indicted by a federal grand jury.
