The Detroit Lions are reportedly releasing veteran offensive tackle Dan Skipper, which amounts to the first shocking move the Lions have made ahead of roster cutdown day.

The Detroit Lions are moving on from versatile defensive back Erick Hallett II, according to a report from KRPC2’s Aaron Wilson. The former sixth-round pick out of Pittsburgh spent the majority of his first season on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ practice squad, but was waived ahead of the 2024 season.
