Feel Good Foods Inc. issued a voluntary recall for thousands of cases of its Mac & Cheese Bites in February due to the possible presence of metal pieces.

The recall was initially issued on Feb. 5 by Feel Good Foods, though the FDA recently updated it to a Class II event. A Class II recall (which is the second-most severe risk level) indicates "a situation in which use of or exposure to a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.
