Troy forward Zay Dyer has been named first-team All-Sun Belt Conference in voting among league coaches. Dyer, a 6-foot-2 junior from Atlanta, averages 13.5 points and a league-best 10.5 rebounds per game for the Trojans this season. She leads the Sun Belt in double-doubles with 14.

It was a night of celebration at Trojan Arena as the Troy men’s basketball team cut down the nets to commemorate their Sun Belt regular season championship. While the moment was special, the Trojans know their work is far from over.

Both the ODU men and women basketball teams head to the Sun Belt Tournament in Pensacola this week. At this point of the season, it’s survive and advance. The ODU men are the 10 seed in the tournament while the ODU women are the 5th seed.

Lead the league in scoring and you'll more likely than not be named to the all-conference team. Aislynn Hayes did just that. The Marshall University senior guard averaged 17.4 points per game this regular season and was rewarded Monday by being named All-Sun Belt Conference first team in women's basketball.
