Kent Sander co-owns Sander Processing and Family Meat Market with locations in Celestine and St. Anthony in Dubois County. As a young man, Kent says he had turned to alcohol to try and cope with his stress—only to learn that his drinking had created more stress and problems for him and his family. Kent shares his story with the Purdue Extension Farm Stress Team and talks about the ways that he has learned to manage his day-to-day stress in a productive manner.
