You know what, while struggling with lives api and its limitations at time, I would always joke to myself "it would be easier to just write my own daw".... played around today with JUCE, and I think I might be onto something, of course the proto you're seeing is just one channel and the Ui is whatever, BUT, i did include OSC and all the other things I need, so maybe it's worth the journey to just make my own fucken audio software instead of trying to unfuck Ableton. | deadmau5
